ACCEPT psychology offers individual therapy face to face and online to both adults and children. 

We use a variety of approaches including:

Individual Therapy 

At ACCEPT Psychology we offer assessment appointments where we listen to your needs. This allows us to hear your story and together we can think what might be most helpful. Many people continue with therapy but there is no obligation to do this.

Everyone is different and people want therapy to fit in with their other commitments. We try to offer you a tailored and flexible service so you can get the most benefit. As such we offer both face to face and online therapy. In the current climate, with coronavirus and lockdowns globally we are only offering online therapy.
 
Is therapy right for you?
Many people benefit from therapy however it can feel difficult at first if you have not tried it or have had a negative experience in the past. We aim to help the process by following our philosophy of acceptance, change, compassion and empowerment. 

People come to therapy for a variety of reasons. It could be life demands are feeling overwhelming, you are struggling to adjust to changes in your life, or maybe certain emotions are more pronounced and difficult to manage.  

Why try therapy?
Therapy gives you a safe space to talk about the difficulties and challenges. It is a collaboration between you and your therapist. During therapy you may gain a better understanding of how these difficulties or challenges may have started as well as ways to manage them in the future.
