Experience
Eleanor has worked in the field of mental health and psychology for 13 years specialising at doctorate level in forensic and clinical psychology. She has experience of working with adults and children in a variety of settings (National Health Service, Ministry of Defence, Women's Charities, Probation, hospital and community).
At her foundation, Eleanor is person centred which prioritises hearing your experience, being empathic, genuine and non-judgemental. She is known to have an open, warm and collaborative manner.
Eleanor comes from a trauma informed approach looking at how critical incidents in our life can impact on the present day. She has a holistic way of thinking looking at the inter-connections of the body and the mind.
She is enthusiastic and motivated in supporting others whether in therapy or if you are attending her training. She continues to be motivated and humbled in sharing knowledge or supporting people, describing the positive value of seeing others courage, resilience, journey, healing and growth
